Ranch Raised Quarter Horses
The Galts are currently having bi-annual production sales. Our goal for our ranch breeding program is to produce sturdy, athletic cowhorses that have calm, intelligent dispositions. We realize, however, that we are only producing the raw material for good working horses. After that it's up to the owner/trainer to determine how successful a horse will be. A poor horseman can ruin a colt's chances to advance or succeed. An average hand will always ride average horses unless he or she strives constantly to improve himself. A good hand will make any horse better with every ride. The horses attitude, knowledge, and skills are the mirror of the trainer. We work hard all year to develop a good balance of trust and respect in our horses, whether they are weanlings, or started young prospects. Therefore, it is our hope that every colt we raise and sell gives pleasure and enjoyment to his or her new owner. Our horses sell with no reserve so that you don't have to feel that you drove a long way just to see a bunch of "no-saled" horses. Terms & Conditions

Bidding:

Each animal will be sold to the highest bidder without reserve. The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The Auctioneer will settle any disputes as to bids, and his decision on such matters shall be final.

Terms of the Sale:

Cash or check to the clerk at the conclusion of the auction. All settlements are to be made in U.S. currency.
ALL HORSES WILL HAVE A CURRENT NEGATIVE COGGINS AND A VETERINARIAN WILL BE AVAILABLE TO WRITE CERTIFICATES.

Registration Papers:

All papers will be held until payments clear the bank. Buyers paying cash may pick up papers the day of the sale. Buyers shall be responsible for all association transfer-fees- DO NOT alter the transfer forms. ALL GUARANTEES are made by the OWNER. Right of Recourse must be directly to the owner of the horse. Make sure to pre-inspect horses prior to purchase. Immediately after the horse is sold, it will be the sole risk and responsibility of the buyer thereof, but possession of the horse cannot be obtained by him until payment in full has been made. Buyers and spectators are cautioned to be careful while on the grounds, particularly while horses are being shown or sold in the sale ring. Management cannot and will not be responsible for accidents of any nature. Broodmares will be pregnancy checked and status announced at sale time, but will sell with no guarantee or return privileges.

Announcements:

Any change in information of any kind in this catalog will be announced from the auction block. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of this catalog. Sale management and auctioneer will not assume or accept responsibility for errors or omissions. Any known blemishes or defects will be called before bidding begins.
